HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

At checkout, you will be provided with the option of standard or express (next day) delivery.

  • Standard Delivery - £3.95 and will take 3-5 working days 

  • Next (Working) Day Delivery - £6.95 available on orders placed before 2pm

  • FREE UK delivery on all orders over £100

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receipt and Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (including bank holidays and weekends), in the same condition as received 

  • Any items returned to The ModestMe Collection will be at your own expense

  • We highly recommend you use a reliable and tracked service, as you will be held responsible for the item until we receive it. We will not be able to offer a refund for items lost in transit

  • If you return an item(s) outside of the return period, we will not be able to offer a refund under any circumstance

  • Please note that The ModestMe Collection will only accept returns/exchanges where the original swing tag is firmly attached, the item is in the same condition, there are no odours and the item is in a re-saleable condition

  • All SALE items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we deliver worldwide.

  • For all countries, there is a flat rate delivery charge of £15 for deliveries within 2 - 4 days 

  • Free delivery on all orders over £230

  • The ModestMe Collection cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit

  • When ordering goods from The ModestMe Collection for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • We will notify you once the parcel has been received

  • Please allow at least 5 working days from receipt of parcel for your refund to be processed

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING DETAILS?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
